This media statement relates to several issues which Lepelle Northern Water (LNW) firmly believe require response to clear any confusion that may be there from members of the public regarding the article written in relation to allegations made about Empowering Water Solution (EWS) fraudulent claims about Sand Water Extraction(SWE) Project implemented by LNW. In this regard, LNW would like to put on record that the Organization received formal papers from the
High Court as an interdict and intends to challenge them.
